ORDERING
All prices on site are stated in SGD. To order, open the ORDER FORM header in a new tab or window for easy browsing and fill up the order form accordingly. Do give us 1-2 working days to process the order and send you an invoice. Paid orders will be mailed out within 1-3 working days.
Do note that payment has to be in within 24 hrs of receiving an invoice, after which the item will be passed on to the next buyer. Please send in your payment only after we have sent you an invoice, in which all details including postage rates and total amount payable would be enclosed.
All sales are final and changing of orders or cancellation is not allowed. Dead buyers will be blacklisted.
PAYMENT
All payment is to be made to POSB SAVINGS 194-88712-4. We regret to inform you that we do not accept payment via concealed cash. We accept both iBanking and ATM transfers.
Do note that details of transfers have to be reverted back to us according to what is stated in the invoice, so just to be safe, always keep receipts and snapshots until we have officially verified your payment!
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping charges depends on the weight of the item and can range from $1.00-$1.50 for light weight items, to $2.00-$4.00 for heavier items like bag and shoes. We follow the standard weight charges of the Singapore Post Office.
Items will take 2-5 days to reach you once we have sent the item out. Do email us at kohlandrouge@gmail.com if you still do not receive your package after this period of time and we will do our best to trace your package. Return addresses are written on the back of all packages, in the event of any hiccups during delivery, the package would hopefully be sent back to us.
We offer 3 local delivery modes :
1) Normal Mail
2) Normal Mail with COP
3) Registered Mail
Do note that for normal mail, we have no means of tracking your parcel. In the event that it does not reach you within the stipulated period, do get back to us at kohlandrouge@gmail.com and we will do our best to trace down your package. However, we are NOT LIABLE for any package which is lost via normal mail.
For normal mail with COP, it will be an additional $0.30 to the standard normal mail rates. Unfortunately, we are still unable to track your package via this method. Purchase of a COP is meant to certify that we have sent out your package via normal mail with the COP as proof. COP charges will be absorbed by the customer.
Registered mail is an additional $2.24 to normal postage charges and is the safest mode of delivery as you will never have to worry about the possibility of lost mail! R.A tracking numbers will be provided once your parcel as been mailed out and you can track your package on the singpost web.
